Dr. Peter Arsenault is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts where he received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in plastics engineering along with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Arsenault worked in industry as an engineer before entering dental school. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (one of the best dental schools in the country) in 1994.
Upon graduation, Dr. Arsenault completed a General Practice Residency at Tufts New England Medical Center and then went on to private practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of Sports Dentistry, and the Society of Plastics Engineers along with the Society of Materials Engineers.
Dr. Arsenault has shown great interest in product development and intellectual property law. He holds several United States Patents and patent-pending products relating to the dental field.
Since 2005, Dr. Arsenault has taught at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and is currently a professor and the Division Head of Operative Dentistry in the Department of Comprehensive Care.
Dr. Arsenault is currently the team dentist for the Lowell Spinners baseball club (the minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox) and the former dentist for Lowell Devils hockey club (the minor league affiliate of the New Jersey Devils).
His emphasis on patient comfort, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Arsenault has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal therapy.
